Jahr 2000 habe ich meine Ausbildung zur Physiotherapeutin erfolgreich abgeschlossen. <br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Seit 2014 bin ich selbst\u00e4ndig mit meiner Physiotherapiepraxis in Filderstadt &#8211; Bonlanden t\u00e4tig. <br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Mein Koordinationsger\u00e4t habe ich w\u00e4hrend einem Surfurlaub kennengelernt und war sofort begeistert. <br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Es gab die M\u00f6glichkeit an einem <strong>DRYSURF<\/strong> Kurs teilzunehmen. <br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Ich hab mich sofort angemeldet und war von diesem Trainingsger\u00e4t begeistert. <br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Auch im Urlaub habe ich stets meine Patienten und meine Praxis im Hinterkopf und da ich st\u00e4ndig auf der Suche nach Neuem und nach Verbesserungen bin, kam mir dieses Koordinationsger\u00e4t sofort in den Sinn.<\/p>\n<p>Ein tolles Koordinationsger\u00e4t mit anderen neuen Reizen.<\/p>\n<p>Noch in meinem Urlaub habe ich mich mit <strong>DRYSURF<\/strong> in Verbindung gesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Zuhause wurde \u00fcber Skype dann alles fix gemacht und seit August 2017 habe ich das au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Trainingsger\u00e4t einsatzbereit in meiner Praxis.<\/p>\n<p>Ich arbeite sehr gerne mit diesem Ger\u00e4t, da ich damit au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche und neue Reize setzen kann und unterschiedliche Muskelgruppen anspreche.<\/p>\n<p>Auch meine Patienten sind \u00fcberaus begeistert und motiviert davon.<\/p>\n<p>Bisher hab ich mit Kniepatienten, H\u00fcftpatienten, Sprunggelenk- und R\u00fcckenpatienten darauf gearbeitet und das mit Erfolg.<\/p>\n<p>Das Training bewirkt eine St\u00e4rkung der Muskeln, der Balance, der Beweglichkeit und Flexibili\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich wird die Propriozeption (Tiefensensibilit\u00e4t) gesteigert.<\/p>\n<p>Meine neueste Erkenntnis ist, dass man bei ISG Instabilit\u00e4ten selbst die kleinsten R\u00fcckenmuskeln perfekt erreichen kann und Patienten dadurch effektiver und schneller helfen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Verbessertes K\u00f6rpergef\u00fchl, eine aufrechte Haltung und besser Koordination sind das Ziel.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ger\u00e4t ist auf jeden Fall eine gro\u00dfe Bereicherung f\u00fcr meine Praxis! <br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\"
